Let Nature Lead: Yin Yoga Workshop to reflect & restore
Join us at Seek Wilderness and Let Nature Lead: observe the quality of winter and how we can honour these qualities within ourselves. This two hour yoga workshop celebrates the natural tendency to turn inwards and find rest during the darker and shorter days of winter; to release busyness to encourage healing.
This practice includes meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, slow transitions, and long indulgent holds on the ground. Lots of hands on adjustments and massage, essential oils, and props are offered to support and encourage a deep sense of release. This slow and reflective practice honours the season of winter – a time of rest and reflection – as nature calls us to do the same.
Healing teas paired with this theme will be offered at the end of the workshop to nourish and recharge before stepping back into your day! Surrounded by forest and trails, this workshop is perfect for anyone needing time to recharge, step away from the busyness of life, tune inwards and reconnect with their body and breath.
